Maintenance Line Mechanic
Nestle Waters Houston Facility:
Looking for qualified Maintenance Mechanics that can step into a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced production environment.

Supply Chain
Our supply chain organization is responsible for the sourcing, production and distribution of our water products for the end customer. Our home and office supply chain produces our products in 6-gallon, 5-gallon and 3-gallon returnable bottles for delivery to customer's homes and businesses. Our retail product is produced in a number of portable Polyethelene Terephthalate (PET) packages.
Responsibilities:
-Perform Planned Maintenance inspections/repairs as required.
-Perform emergency repairs and adjustments while the line is running in a timely and efficient manner.
-Modify/Fabricate equipment to maintain and improve the lines.
-Efficiently troubleshoot Mechanical and Electrical problems.
-Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
-Uphold Nestle Water's Aspiration and Beliefs.
-All other functions and responsibilities as described by the Maintenance Department leadership personnel.

Requirements:
-Minimum of ten year's experience working in maintenance related fields.
-Proven electrical and mechanical skills/PLC experience
-Enjoy working in and being a part of a team driven environment.
-Lift 50lb.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills with PLC's and VFD's.
-Be able to perform multi-task operations while maintaining exceptional performance.
-Provide own tools and toolbox.
-Be able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
-Willingness to work flexible shift's depending on project/production requirements.
-On-call in case of emergency.
-Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives.
